Come participate in a roundtable geared towards how agencies are managing their Public Works Safety programs. Find out what others are doing with regard to their safety and health programs. Find out ways to improve employee morale through safety and health. How do you determine your effectiveness of your safety and health program. How do you prevent near miss injuries? Is there a better way to monitor employee concerns?
