Ohio Public Works Expo 2023

The Ohio Public Works Expo is a showcase each year of creative problem-solving, groundbreaking technologies, and innovative strategies in management, design, operations and customer relations. Public Employees from all around the State of Ohio are invited to come learn, network, discuss your problems, and discover solutions. 

There will be two days of technical sessions and training. Monday, Oct 2, will be tracks focused on Stormwater, Arborists, Labor Management, and Fleet Services.  Tuesday Oct 3 will include the equipment show in the DCC exhibit hall, in addition to more than 20 hours of classroom training.

This will be a one-day show, with set-up of the 68,000 Sq. Ft. indoor vendor display area taking place on the Monday Oct 3rd, 2023. The Expo will also include technical sessions, which will be open to Public Employees from all around the State of Ohio.

No Steel Tracks will be permitted in the convention center. 

VENDOR SETUP WILL TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY OCT 2ND.

Minimum space will cost $500.00. This fee includes 1- 8’ table, 2 chairs and breakfast & lunch for 1 person. If a larger space is desired the specifications are listed below. With the purchase of a space, we are offering 4 different sponsorship levels. If you are interested in being a sponsor please check the level of sponsorship below. If you plan to display a truck or larger piece of equipment, the minimum space required is 200sq. ft. Please measure your equipment before filling out your registration to make sure it will fit in the requested space with room to move around the equipment.

The deadline for RETURNING your Vendor Registration form, Bag Inserts and Electronic Logos for sponsorships is September 4, 2023. 

Information received after this date will be subject to a $250 late fee and may not be guaranteed acceptance. 

Please register EARLY to guarantee your space and assist the SW OH APWA with our planning. 

STORAGE and INTERNET ACCESS – must be arranged thru the Convention Center by filling out forms at the following link: https://www.daytonconventioncenter.com/p/exhibitors/loading-dock–shipping 

ELECTRIC (110V) – will be available at central locations near each booth, with prior arrangements, at no additional cost. Please indicate above if electric is required. Vendor MUST provide their own extension cords.
