Responsible for representing the Chapter at the Council of Chapters; coordinating interactions between the Chapter and the Council, and reporting Council activities to the Chapter. Standing committee with mandatory members of Chapter Delegate and Alternate Delegate. Delegate is chair, Alternate Delegate is member.
