John Greenhalge is the Executive Director of the Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors. In this capacity, he has conducted investigations and audits. This program will cover Ohio’s Registration Act and the code of ethics for professional engineers and surveyors and provide important licensure information for professional engineers and surveyors. Topics discussed include: ethical requirements for engineers and surveyors, responsibilities to the public, company and individual licensure requirements, 2026/2027 renewal, tools available to individuals and firms to protect yourself and your organization, common violations of the registration and the investigative process. Attending this session will fulfill the required professional development hours for your state license.
