Grounds and Facility Management Roundtable 

Come participate in a roundtable geared towards how agencies manage their facilities.
  • How do they maintain the grounds, landscaping and exterior of the facilities.
  • What services do they contract out: boilers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
  • Is there a company on standby.
  • How about contract work such as office remodeling, new construction or upgrades such as lighting.
  • What grant opportunities have they found, such as LED upgrades.
  • How many people are on staff and what licenses or certifications do they have.
Be prepared to hear from your peers and ask questions. This roundtable will be very interactive and a great place to make connections in the field you may be responsible for.
