Matthew 25: Ministries Service Project

Matthew 25: Ministries is an international humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization helping the poorest of the poor and disaster victims locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally regardless of race, creed, or political persuasion. It was one of many organizations that turned out to assist after tornado outbreaks in Ohio and is now responding to the LA fires.
| Southwest Ohio has volunteered to work a shift at the M25M warehouse in Blue Ash (Cincinnati). Please join us as we help M25M process the many donations they receive. The staff will provide on-site training and we will produce enough finished materials to help hundreds of people in need in the U.S. and around the world. You are welcome to bring a friend or colleague to lend a hand. |

| • VOLUNTEER WAIVER: Every new volunteer is required to sign a waiver prior to beginning their volunteer experience. We recommend for each volunteer to download and fill out a waiver and bring it with them. |
| • NO-BAG POLICY: No large bags or backpacks are permitted inside Matthew 25: Ministries. Purses and bags necessary for medical supply needs are allowed, but are subject to search. |
| • DRESS CODE: Volunteers perform a variety of activities in the Processing Center, mostly of a non-stressful physical nature. As this is a warehouse environment, we recommend wearing comfortable, close-toed shoes, as well as clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and would not be devastated if they got a small tear or spot. The temperature in our Processing Center fluctuates with each season, so please dress accordingly. |
| • PARKING: We welcome hundreds of volunteers each day. Please consider carpooling to save on gas and to help ensure that there is enough parking for all our volunteers. |
RegistrationIn order to make the check-in process as smooth as possible, we request that all new volunteers pre-register prior to arrival. Otherwise, you will be registered by a staff member upon arrival. Please note, no large bags or backpacks are permitted inside Matthew 25: Ministries. Purses and bags necessary for medical supply needs are allowed, but are subject to search. |
