| The City of Powell is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as its next Director of Public Service. This position plays a critical role in infrastructure maintenance, capital improvement planning, snow and ice operations, fleet and facilities management, and cross-departmental coordination. |
| Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred); Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible managerial and administrative experience in public services or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills; In-depth knowledge of public infrastructure systems and operations. |
