| The City of Grove City is looking for a full-time Service Technician to join its expanding Traffic Signal, Roadway Lighting and Electric team in the Public Service Department. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning new skills, and has experience working with traffic cabinets and crosswalk infrastructure as well as street light repair and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Completion of secondary education (high school or GED) and must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) within 6 months of hire. CDL training is provided at the expense of the city. Can pass the City’s Physical Fitness Exam, which will be administered on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Certification in Level 1 or 2 Traffic Signal Technician or Level 1 or 2 Roadway Lighting Technician through IMSA preferred. |
