Your APWA Northwest Ohio Board is pleased to offer for your consideration the following nominees to be Officers and Directors of the APWA Ohio Northwest Branch in 2027. Please note we have 4 directors to elect. It is important that you vote. You do not need to log in to vote online with Survey Monkey.
Balloting begins October 5th and ends October 16th
Candidates for 2027 Officers and Directors
In accordance with the Branch Bylaws:
- As current President Elect, Jim Balogh, Water Keepers, becomes President in 2027
- As current President, Mike Pniewski, Lucas County Engineer’s Office, becomes Immediate Past President in 2027
- Treasurer is an appointed position for Josh Quinlan, City of Toledo, in 2027
- Secretary is an appointed position for Amy Wood, Slserco, in 2027
For President-Elect, Select up to 1
- Keith Torbet, Village of Metamora
For Directors at large, with a 2-year term ending Dec 31, 2029; Select up to 6
- Mike Hill, Village of Whitehouse
- Brian Homer, City of Perrysburg
- Albert Hilt, Lucas County Engineer’s office
In addition, the following current Directors will serve until Dec 31, 2028:
